This project is part of a new subdivision, where we've designed a high-end family home for the client, who is both the builder and developer. The home reflects the client's vision of balancing luxury with practical investment appeal. Featuring four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a spacious double garage, the design boasts a spacious layout with striking voids that add a sense of grandeur. This home is the first of three planned for the subdivision, combining style, function, and high-value potential in Wellington Point.
