Ashton at Midlight is incredible! We approached him to measure up an existing house and cottage and produce a set of as-built plans, and then assist us in documenting a major renovation project. Ashton went above and beyond our expectations, introducing an intuitive feel for design on top of his well-developed technical skills. The standard of the documentation is very high and more than adequate for approvals. He displayed extensive knowledge in dealing with various consultants and clearly understands the approval process and what is required. We loved the fact that Ashton is the director of his own business and have witnessed firsthand the hours that he works to get the job done — emails and drawings in the early hours of the morning as he juggles his responsibilities as a parent and partner. He is truly passionate about what he is doing which is a rare quality. We are very impressed with Midlight and what Ashton is capable of and would not hesitate to recommend their services.
