Project Gumleaf centers on bringing the client's vision to life while tackling complex technical challenges. A significant part of the project involved developing performance solutions for non-compliant waterproofing during the integration of the garage into the home and the repurposing of the old stable into a contemporary granny flat. We collaborated with industry experts to create customised solutions that met regulatory standards and ensured the longevity of these spaces.

We revitalised the modernist low-set brick dwelling by creating an inviting, open-plan kitchen and dining area, enhanced by a functional butler's pantry. Transforming the garage into a flexible family retreat seamlessly connected it to the main living spaces.

By repurposing the old stable into a modern granny flat, we added both style and versatility to the property. This project exemplifies our ability to merge the client's vision with practical, thoughtful execution, resulting in a home that perfectly balances innovation with everyday functionality.
