Complying with heritage preservation codes, the front porch remains untouched, maintaining the home's original façade.

The interior redesign focuses on optimizing space and natural light. Relocating the stairwell to the former sunroom frees up space for the extended kitchen and pantry, and allows for elegant cabinetry and a TV unit beneath the new staircase. The previous stair area is transformed into a cozy reading nook, while a concealed laundry with a stacked washer/dryer enhances practicality. The exterior is refreshed with a coat of white paint, crisp new trims, and modern black-framed windows, adding a sleek finish that complements the home's timeless appeal.
