Olive, Camp Hill.
Midlight was tasked with transforming the façade of this Camp Hill home into something more Mediterranean. We extended to the side of the house and introduced exposed timber elements and an arched window to anchor a new master suite on the upper level.
The brief carried through to a whole-home refurb — taking a tired 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom plan and rebuilding it as a 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom home that feels considered in every room. A 480 sqm scope, delivered in partnership with Zounis Construction.
