Project Sunrise is a raise and build-under project in West End that preserves the existing traditional character-protected façade. The plan includes a substantial extension beneath and behind the original home, adding modern living spaces while maintaining the heritage exterior. A key feature is the rooftop deck, designed to maximize the gorgeous city views.
The interior design focuses on creating open-plan living areas that seamlessly connect the original structure with the new additions. This approach ensures functionality and comfort while respecting the home's historical character.
